1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mini Dream Universe ("MDU", "the Service"), operated by Mini Dream Universe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain more than one account
3. User Content
When you create or publish content on MDU:
- You retain ownership of your original character designs and configurations
- You grant MDU a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and cache your public content for platform operation
- You represent that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Characters published to the gallery are visible to all users unless set to private
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or pornographic
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Sell or redistribute content from other creators without proper licensing
5. Marketplace
- Marketplace transactions are processed through Stripe in EUR
- Creators receive 70% of each sale; 30% is the platform fee
- Payouts require a minimum balance of €10
- All marketplace listings are subject to review before publication
- MDU reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (€15/mo) or annually (€149.40/yr)
- AI credit packs are one-time purchases (€2.50 per 100 credits)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You can manage your subscription via the Stripe customer portal
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated 3D models are created using the Tripo3D service
- You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights
- AI credits are consumed per generation and are non-refundable once used
- Quality and output may vary based on input prompts and selected quality tier
8. Moderation & Enforcement
- MDU may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms
- Content may be removed without notice if it violates community guidelines
- Users can report content via the in-app reporting system
- Decisions on reports are made by MDU administrators and are final
9. Intellectual Property
The MDU platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Mini Dream Universe. Three.js, React, and other open-source components are used under their respective licenses. The MDU name and logo are trademarks of Mini Dream Universe.
10. Limitation of Liability
MDU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
